CAMCO 717-HT (Ammonia Refrigeration Compressor Fluid)

CAMCO 717 Series is a custom-blended, highly refined, dewaxed, chemically inert semi-synthetic lubricant. It contains additives for oxidation inhibition, corrosion protection, pour point depression, and defoaming. Widely used for applications where the lubricant is subjected to harsh chemical environments, such as the demanding conditions found in ammonia refrigeration applications.

CAMCO 717 Series has a unique closed molecular structure making it extremely thermal and oxidatively stable for up to two years in duration. It has better lubricity, up to twice that of conventional refrigeration oils for reciprocating, rotary screw and vane compressors, resulting in:

CAMCO 717 SC (Seal Conditioner)

CAMCO 717 SC is a custom-blended, highly refined, dewaxed, chemically inert semi-synthetic lubricant. Widely used for applications where the lubricant is subjected to harsh chemical environments, such as the demanding conditions found in ammonia refrigeration applications. CAMCO 717 SC will condition seal while operating in the compressor. This blended ammonia refrigeration oil is designed to stop leaking seals when “O” rings or other elastomers in the system are leaking due to hardening of the elastomer. When changing oil in the compressor, drain and prepare the system by changing oil filters, change coalacer separator elements, clean crankcase on reciprocating compressors and wipe clean with lint free rags, add the CAMCO 717 SC and run in regular service. Usually takes two to three weeks to reduce leaks to an acceptable level, depending on seal condition. If the leak is due to a cracked or chipped face seal the seal conditioner will not stop the leak. The conditioner is designed to restore seals, “O” rings and elastomers.

CAMCO 717 LTSC (Seal Conditioner)

CAMCO® 717 LTSC is a synthetic hydrocarbon with synthetic and semi-synthetic fluid additions and specifically designed to: protect against corrosion, oxidation, and thermal breakdown, provide seal swell (patent pending), improve coalescing, and prevent foaming. Used for applications where the lubricant is subjected to certain harsh chemical environments. Major benefits in ammonia applications, pumps, compressor, and refrigeration. This product has excellent stability with hydrogen, carbon monoxide, and carbon dioxide.

CAMCO 717-FG (Food Grade Ammonia Refrigeration Lubricant)

Introducing the next generation of ammonia refrigeration compressor lubricants. The first hydrotreated mineral oil for ammonia refrigeration applications to meet the requirements of the FDA Title 21 CFR 178.3570 for lubricants with the possibility of indirect (incidental) food contact.
