Rotary Screw

CAMCO 91-40 Plus

(FOOD GRADE STATUS: H-2)
This is a multi-grade synthetic, blended fluid for use in applications which require a 32 or 46 ISO fluid. Typical life of these fluids is 4000-6000 hours.

CAMCO® 91-40 Plus

A combination of premium synthetic and semi-synthetic fluids with a combination of premium additives. Used in applications where an improved degree of oxidative stability, higher temperature performance, low volatility and seal conditioning is required. Meets the viscosity requirements of most major screw compressor OEMs.

Formulated for extended life in flooded screw compressors, certain vacuum pump applications, and general applications where a high quality lubricant with excellent Oxidative, Rust and Corrosion inhibited product is required. Provides improved cleanliness, low foaming characteristics, good water separation and improved compatibility with elastomers and seals.

Typical drain intervals are up to four times that of conventional mineral oils rotary screw air compressors under normal operating conditions, and one year drain intervals possible. These products typically outperform competitor’s group II and III type semisynthetic compressor oils, including many that claim one year.

A lubricant analytical program is suggested to maximize the drain intervals. Life expectancy is dependent on operating and environmental conditions. Other viscosity grades and formulations are available for specific applications. These products have lower volatility than mineral oils, and have improved compatibility with systems designed for use with mineral oils.

CAMCO 42-S

(Food Grade Status: Non-Food Grade)
These fluids are CAMCO’s premier line of high temperature, long-life fluids. They can withstand extended service at elevated discharge temperatures and may be used for many other high temperature applications including hydraulics and chain oils.

CAMCO® 42-S SERIES (42-15-S, 42-22-S)

CAMCO® 42-S Series lubricants are formulated from selected premium (advanced) type polyol ester (POE), new generation advanced modified polyol ester synthetic oils suitable for air compressors, bearings, ovens, hydraulic systems, and certain high temperature applications where good lubricity (mild ash-less anti-wear), water separation, very low carbon forming, and excellent oxidation resistance are required.

The result is maximum performance in screw air compressors!  Recommended for extra long life at higher temperatures, excellent cleanliness and low oil use to keep system performance at optimum levels and reduced maintenance. Superior low temperature properties.  CAMCO® 42-S Series in the ISO VG 15 and 22 are biodegradable.

CAMCO PAG 42 Series

(Food Grade Status: H-2)
This is a custom-blended polyalkylene glycol (PAG)/ester rotary screw air compressor lubricant. This is a long-life lubricant formulated with rust & oxidation inhibitors, and it will not leave behind carbon residue/varnish when it oxidizes (as compared with hydrocarbon-based products).

CAMCO® PAG 42 SERIES

CAMCO® PAG 42 Series are custom blended polyalkylene glycol (PAG)/ester rotary screw air compressor lubricants.  This formulation offers improved lubrication at high and low temperatures, reduced volatility, and high viscosity index, plus excellent corrosion protection.

CAMCO® PAG 42 Series are long life lubricants formulated with rust and oxidation inhibitors.  Other viscosities are available for specific applications.

CAMCO FMO XL-46

A custom-blended, PAO synthetic, 8000-hour food grade lubricant that provides two times the life of other PAO synthetic food grade oils on the market today.

CAMCO® FMO XL-46

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

CAMCO® FMO XL-46, an 8,000 hour food grade air compressor oil, is a unique formulation derived from a blend of polyalphaolefin (PAO) synthetic lubricant and other advanced synthetic fluids and proprietary additives. The CAMCO® FMO XL-46 provides improved lubrication at high and low temperatures, reduced volatility, and compatibility with mineral oils. An advanced additive system provides superior equipment life and longer drain intervals than previously achievable with PAO's or mineral oils.

All components meet NSF H-1 requirements, where incidental food contact may occur.

The CAMCO® FMO XL-46 food grade air compressor oil has been field tested and has shown that it can last up to 2 times longer than other synthetic PAO food grade oils on the market.

Most commonly used for compressor, light duty Hydraulic fluid, bearing and circulating systems (coolant and heat transfer) applications.

A unique blend of an advanced, modified POE with PAO synthetic base fluids that will, with the use of a good analytical program, result in rotary air compressor performance life of 10,000 hours or more.

CAMCO® 4642-46

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

CAMCO® 4642-46 is a unique blend of an advanced modified polyolesters with synthetic hydrocarbon base fluids.  Intended for applications which require a high degree of oxidative stability, higher viscosity index and good separation from water.  Long life, good lubricity and lower varnish forming tendency result in lower maintenance costs

Formulated for extended life in flooded screw compressors and general applications where an Oxidative, Rust and Corrosion Inhibited product (R&O) with low foaming characteristics and good water separation is indicated.  Other viscosities are available for specific applications.  These products have lower volatility than mineral oils, and are compatible with systems designed for use with mineral oils.  Extended performance over normal PAO (synthetic hydrocarbon) formulations to extend life over competitive brands by as much as 20 to 50%.

Use of a good analytical program can result in rotary air compressor performance life of 10,000 hours or more.  Lubricant life is dependent on operating and environmental conditions.

CAMCO 410 Series

(FOOD GRADE STATUS: NON-FOOD GRADE)
Formulated with diester base stocks, these fluids are suitable for high-temperature reciprocating applications because they do not form solid deposits or varnish on discharge valves.

DESCRIPTION:

A synthetic ester fluid/lubricant for general purpose, bearings, compressors and other applications requiring protection from rust and oxidization and excellent cleanliness over a wide operating range. Diesters and triesters have very low deposit forming characteristics for better efficiency and cleaner operation. Longer drain intervals result from good oxidative stability.

Typical Compressor Applications include: Air, Nitrogen, Carbon Dioxide, Carbon Monoxide, Helium, Methane, Ethane, Propane, Dry Hydrogen Sulfide, and Sulfur Hexafluoride.

Many applications that call for a thermally and oxidatively stable oil will have the following benefits from the CAMCO 410 Series fluids: Extended lubricant life, clean operation, less maintenance, less oil consumption through high separation efficiency, good water separation characteristics and good lubricity.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

CAMCO® FMO-8 Series are high quality performance H-1 NSF food grade gear and bearing oils. The CAMCO FMO 8 Series has excellent thermal and oxidative stability providing reliable performance and extending oil life in severe applications. Minimal deposit formation gives a cleaner system and reduced frequency of filter changes.

CAMCO 41 Series are long life lubricants formulated with rust and oxidation inhibitors. CAMCO 41 Series are authorized by USDA for the use in federally inspected meat and poulty plants with no possibility of food contact (H-2).

CAMCO 91-40 Plus

(FOOD GRADE STATUS: H-2)
This is a multi-grade synthetic, blended fluid for use in applications which require a 32 or 46 ISO fluid. Typical life of these fluids is 4000-6000 hours.

CAMCO® 91-40 Plus

A combination of premium synthetic and semi-synthetic fluids with a combination of premium additives. Used in applications where an improved degree of oxidative stability, higher temperature performance, low volatility and seal conditioning is required. Meets the viscosity requirements of most major screw compressor OEMs.

Formulated for extended life in flooded screw compressors, certain vacuum pump applications, and general applications where a high quality lubricant with excellent Oxidative, Rust and Corrosion inhibited product is required. Provides improved cleanliness, low foaming characteristics, good water separation and improved compatibility with elastomers and seals.

Typical drain intervals are up to four times that of conventional mineral oils rotary screw air compressors under normal operating conditions, and one year drain intervals possible. These products typically outperform competitor’s group II and III type semisynthetic compressor oils, including many that claim one year.

A lubricant analytical program is suggested to maximize the drain intervals. Life expectancy is dependent on operating and environmental conditions. Other viscosity grades and formulations are available for specific applications. These products have lower volatility than mineral oils, and have improved compatibility with systems designed for use with mineral oils.
